Meet Meghan

meg.jpgYou know your pre-baby body is under there somewhere. It’s hard to find, and you’re not sure where to start.

You want to learn the best way to train it, and you’re afraid to do the wrong thing. You need someone to give you all the important Do’s and Don’ts about postpartum fitness.

That’s one of my favorite things to do!

I’m Meghan Haid Sterling, a mom and physical therapist, food and wine lover, traveler, and awesome girlfriend (a.k.a. great secret keeper!). I love teaching new moms (and older ones too) how to become strong and confident in their bodies.

Not sure what a physical therapist is? Read this.

meg1.jpgI have always loved moving my body- jogging, yoga, hiking, biking. Slipping on a pair of running shoes and heading out the door is my favorite way to decompress and energize myself.

I also have two young sons who are loaded with energy and keep me moving constantly. I want to be able to keep up with my boys and feel good as I experience this wild journey of motherhood.

I want the same thing for you too! That’s what we’re here to do.

Making Mom Strong is the union of things that matter most in my life- my family, staying active, and helping women. It combines my experience as a women’s health physical therapist, my own experience with childbirth complications (which were many) and my desire to give us both a body that is strong and pain free.
