I’m Meghan Haid Sterling, a mom and physical therapist, food and wine lover, traveler, and awesome girlfriend (a.k.a. great secret keeper!). I love teaching new moms (and older ones too) how to become strong and confident in their bodies.

I have always loved moving my body- jogging, yoga, hiking, biking. Slipping on a pair of running shoes and heading out the door is my favorite way to decompress and energize myself.
I also have two young sons who are loaded with energy and keep me moving constantly. I want to be able to keep up with my boys and feel good as I experience this wild journey of motherhood.
I want the same thing for you too! That’s what we’re here to do.
Making Mom Strong is the union of things that matter most in my life- my family, staying active, and helping women. It combines my experience as a women’s health physical therapist, my own experience with childbirth complications (which were many) and my desire to give us both a body that is strong and pain free.
Jen and I have created a method that will ensure you’ve rebuilt your body from the
inside out in a fashion that will prepare you for every challenge you undertake. I’ll
even make sure you don’t pee your pants!
