Learn the Best Way to Strengthen Your Abdominal Muscles
Use Great Body Mechanics to Build Strength in Good Posture

After this one time, small group class you’ll know:

Body mechanics with lifting, carrying and holding your baby to decrease back, neck and wrist strain

How to strengthen your abdominal muscles, especially the Transverse Abdominis which makes your belly flat and supports your pelvis and spine

How to identify and minimize a Diastisis Recti (a split in the front abdominal muscles) and exercises to help correct it

Kegel exercises to stabilize the pelvic floor and tips to avoid incontinence

General return to exercise guidelines that emphasize gradual increase in activity

Great strengthening exercises to incorporate into your daily routine

Self scar mobilization techniques for a cesarean incision or pelvic floor muscle tear/repair once it is fully healed
